Lucknow: In an era of rapid technological advancement, traditional teaching methods are increasingly struggling to meet the diverse needs of students. Addressing this challenge, Dr. Mohammad Talha Siddiqui, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Sciences, University of Lucknow, has proposed an innovative AI-TEACH model in his latest research. The paper has been published in a reputed ABDC-indexed journal, emphasizing the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education.
The AI-TEACH model introduces a comprehensive framework aimed at redefining modern pedagogy. It focuses on Transformative Learning, encouraging creativity and critical thinking over rote memorization. The model also highlights Ethical AI Practices, ensuring algorithmic fairness and safeguarding student data privacy.
Another key pillar, Adaptive Learning, enables personalized content tailored to individual learning styles and pace, while Collaborative Environments leverage AI tools to enhance teamwork and communication among students. Additionally, the model stresses Holistic Development, shifting focus beyond academic scores to include mental health and socio-emotional growth.
The research holds significant importance in addressing the limitations of conventional education systems, such as uniform curricula and rote-based learning. By integrating AI responsibly, the model seeks to bridge learning gaps and equip students with essential 21st-century skills like problem-solving, innovation, and critical analysis.

Dr. Siddiqui’s framework also underlines the importance of balancing technology with human values. By reducing teachers’ administrative workload through AI tools, the model allows educators to focus more on mentorship and emotional guidance.
Experts believe that the AI-TEACH model could play a pivotal role in shaping future-ready learners—individuals who are not only academically competent but also emotionally resilient and socially responsible. The study presents a forward-looking roadmap for building an inclusive, secure, and adaptive education system aligned with global standards.
