Lucknow : The State Museum Lucknow as part of the activities under the Department of Culture, Uttar Pradesh is organizing various district level cultural programmes under the Swachhta Hi Seva Pakhwada (from 17th September to 2nd October 2025) under the overall guidance of Cultural ministry and Director, State Museum Lucknow.
The programme will see representation of around 400 students from various schools of the district including Rajkiya Vidyalaya Nishatganj, Vidya Mandir Girls Inter College Narhi, Rajkiya Jubilee Inter College Lucknow, Sahay Singh Girls Inter College Lucknow, MKSD Inter College Lucknow, Saraswati Vidyalaya Girls Inter College Lucknow, Rajkiya Balika Inter College Lucknow, etc.
To aware students about the country’s rich culture,a quiz competition was held in two categories. They also worked on cleanliness and sanitation . The competition was held in two categories – junior and senior. In the program, a message was given by P. Raju, Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister, to contribute to the service of cleanliness by planting trees.
On this occasion, Dr. Srishti Dhawan, Director, Uttar Pradesh Museum Directorate, Lucknow, Dr. Vinay Kumar Singh, Director, State Museum, Lucknow, along with other officials and staff of the museum, school teachers and children were present.
The students were overjoyed after the winners were revealed. In the quiz competition, Yash Chaturvedi won the first prize, Vaibhav Singh the second prize, Prashant Maurya the third prize, Prajnali Mishra the first prize in the senior category, Anshika Gupta the third prize, Rohit Kumar Gautam the first prize in the slogan competition, Surabhi the second prize, Palak Kashyap the third prize, Ummay Alisha Naseem Siddiqui the first prize, Supriya Kanojia the second prize and Shruti the third prize.
