“Aarambh Hai Jazbaat Ka, Lakshya Hai Aasman Ka, Zid Hai Jeet Ki – Lucknow Falcons Ki”
Lucknow – The Lucknow Falcons, all set to create waves in the upcoming UP T-20 League, unveiled their official team anthem today at SR Group of Institutions, BKT, Lucknow. The grand launch witnessed the presence of team captain and Indian cricketer Bhuvneshwar Kumar, along with players Priyam Garg, Krityagya Kumar Singh, Kishan Singh, Aradhya Yadav, Abhinandan Singh, coaches Kamlakant Kanojia and Waqar Sar, and the institution’s Vice Chairman Piyush Singh Chauhan.
In front of a roaring crowd of nearly 10,000 students, the energy and excitement for the anthem were electrifying. Speaking at the event, Bhuvneshwar Kumar said,
“This season is going to be as electrifying as our official anthem. Our team is fully prepared and ready to take on any challenge. Cricket in Lucknow is not just a sport – it’s a passion and a religion.”
The star cricketer signed autographs, clicked selfies with students, and showcased his cricketing prowess by playing a spectacular shot on the field, symbolizing the team’s determination to bring the UP T-20 League trophy home to Lucknow this year.
Vice Chairman Piyush Singh Chauhan expressed his delight at hosting the Lucknow Falcons, stating,
“We are thrilled to have the Lucknow Falcons with us today. Looking at their preparation, I am confident that this year’s championship will be ours. On behalf of the people of Lucknow, we extend our full support to the team.”
He honored all players with mementos in recognition of their efforts and dedication.
The atmosphere throughout the event was electric, with the ground echoing chants of “Bhuvi-Bhuvi”. Despite the humid weather, students stood patiently in long queues for autographs and photographs, making the day a memorable prelude to the upcoming season.
