Mumbai : At a private invitation-only event in Mumbai, Indian singer and actress Lisa Mishra had the opportunity to meet global music icon and Louis Vuitton Creative Director Pharrell Williams — a moment she described as surreal.
“It was amazing to meet Pharrell. For years, I’ve admired him not just as a musician, but as a visionary who constantly pushes the frontiers of creativity,” said Lisa.
She added that sharing space with someone whose art has deeply influenced her own was truly special.
Pharrell, best known for global hits like “Happy”, met Lisa during his recent visit to India for a Louis Vuitton showcase. The interaction marked a unique convergence of global and Indian musical talent.
A Busy Year for Lisa
Lisa Mishra has been making waves across both the music and OTT space. She recently made her acting debut in the hit web series “The Royals”, which features a star-studded cast including Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Dino Morea, and Milind Soman.
In the musical space, Lisa released her latest single “Teri Hoon” — a soulful ballad celebrating LGBTQ+ love during Pride Month.

“This song is a tribute to a love that is strong, profound, and eternal,” she explained, adding that “Teri Hoon” blends classic romanticism with authentic instruments — something she believes listeners have been missing.
Lisa also performed with Ed Sheeran during his India tour earlier this year, further establishing her as a rising global artist.
Known for her previous hits like “Aa Mil” with Zaeden, “Sajna Ve” with Vishal Mishra, and the chartbuster “Tareefan” from Veere Di Wedding, Lisa continues to evolve and reinvent herself with each project.
With strong vocals, meaningful lyrics, and a rising presence in film and fashion circles, Lisa Mishra’s artistic journey is only getting started — and meeting someone like Pharrell Williams might just be the inspiration for what’s next.
