Delhi Bus, retells the story of Nirabhaya’s plight

Mumbai: Delhi Bus is a film directed by Shariq Minhaz, that released on November 29. It revisits the horrific 2012 gang rape in Delhi, a tragedy that shocked the nation and highlighted societal failings. The film serves as a tribute to Nirbhaya, the brave young woman who fought for her life and dignity, symbolizing resilience in the face of brutal injustice.

Starring Neelima Azmi, Tahir Kamal Khan, Anjan Srivastava, Azad Hussain, Divya Singh, and others, the film aims to spotlight the challenges and atrocities women face in society. Minhaz describes Delhi Bus as a call for change, striving to raise awareness and inspire societal transformation.
