200 bed male hospital in Sitapur to be constructed

Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government, committed to providing Uttar Pradesh with the best health services, has started preparations for the construction of a 200-bed male district hospital in Sitapur. It will be built at a cost of Rs 107 crore in EPC mode under the supervision of the Planning Department. A period of 18 months has been set to complete all the construction work. According to the vision of CM Yogi, the male district hospital will be built keeping in view the future needs. To speed up the construction and development work, the process of preparing various types of monitoring reports including Detailed Project Report (DPR) has started. The hospital will be equipped with facilities like building management system, solar panel, public address and computerized communication and CCTV surveillance. The hospital will be made 4 storey including the ground floor, on different floors of which different medical blocks will be located. Timeline set for completion of various types of works

Deadlines have been prepared for completion of various phases of construction of 200-bed male district hospital in Sitapur. The work will be allotted to the project management consultancy agency to complete all the works including construction. After completion of this process, the detailed project report and architectural design will be completed in a period of 75 days. After completion of this work and approval, all construction and development works will be completed in a stipulated period of 18 months (except rainy period). During this, a period of 36 months has been fixed for the defect liability period.

The hospital will be prepared according to future needs

According to the vision of CM Yogi, under the project, the male district hospital will be prepared according to future needs. It will be constructed as per the rules of Uttar Pradesh Energy Conservation Building Code (UPECBC). Rainwater harvesting solar energy enabled setup will be installed here. Building Material and Technical Council (BMTPC) standards will be followed for disposal of waste materials. Under the project, OPD, waiting hall, 2 OTs, ICU and examination rooms will be constructed on the ground floor of the hospital building. 4 OTs, conference hall, examination and CMS rooms will be constructed on the first floor, surgical ward, ENT ward, isolation ward, housekeeping area, kitchen, doctors and nurses rest room, washing area, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, ECG and X-ray room will be constructed on the second floor.

Various works including residential complex will be completed

Under the project, ICU, burn ward, general ward, ortho ward, isolation ward and waiting lounge etc. will be constructed on the third floor. At the same time, various types of wards including meeting room, conference hall, rest room, library, central store, waiting area, pantry and kitchen and entertainment room will be constructed on the fourth floor. Apart from this, residential buildings of different capacities will be constructed under the residential complex under Type One, Type Two, Type Three and Type Four. Along with this, the building will be equipped with various facilities including VRV air conditioning, paneling work in meeting rooms, false ceiling, glass canopy, LAN access, CCTV coverage and electric substation.
