Sonebhadra: The 15-day personality development workshop organized by NTPC Rihand for the women and children of the township concluded with a grand ceremony at the Indradhanush Auditorium, Movie Club. The program was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by Mr. Sanjay Asati, Executive Director and Project Head (Rihand), and Mrs. Neelu Asati, President, Vartika Mahila Mandal Committee. The workshop aimed to promote self-confidence, effective communication skills, creativity, and overall personality development among the participants. The workshop provided an excellent platform for learning, showcasing their talents, and self-expression.
At the closing ceremony, participants captivated everyone with captivating cultural performances, including “Nataraja Stuti,” “Tum Hi Ho Mata,” “Football Dance,” “Womania,” “Star Performer,” and an impressive forum theater performance with a social message. These performances showcased the participants’ self-confidence, creativity, and team spirit. On this occasion, Mr. Sanjay Asati commended all the participants and stated that such programs are a powerful means of personality development and talent honing. He assured regular events such as this for the township residents in the future.

The program concluded with awards to outstanding performers. This event proved to be a memorable opportunity for participants to learn, build confidence, and showcase their talents.
