Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government is constantly launching new schemes to provide the people of the state with their dream home. Under this, in accordance with the intention of the Yogi government, YEIDA has given the people of the state the gift of a hi-tech township 15 minutes from Jewar International Airport, one kilometer from International Film City, five hundred meters from Yamuna Expressway and Moto GP track.
To give the benefit of this hi-tech township to the Yogi government, so far 62,865 people have bought brochures, while 34,180 people have registered. The last date for registration is 30 November, while the lottery date has been kept on 27 December. Let us tell you that the township has been developed in Sector-24A of Noida.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is continuously working on a war footing to make Uttar Pradesh a great state. His efforts have also started bearing fruit. It is the result of CM Yogi’s efforts that world class infrastructure is continuously taking shape in Uttar Pradesh today. In this series, the people of the state have been given the gift of hi-tech township near Jewar International Airport, International Film City, Yamuna Expressway and Moto GP Track. Here 451 residential plots are going to be made available for the people of the state. This includes 100 plots of 120 square meters, 169 plots of 162 square meters, 172 plots of 200 square meters, 6 plots of 250 square meters and 4 plots of 260 square meters. 17.5 percent of the plots in the township have been reserved for the farmers of the state.

So far 62,865 people have bought brochures to take advantage of this hi-tech township of the Yogi government. For this, they have spent an amount of Rs 3,77,19,000. Let us tell you that the brochure fee was kept at Rs 600 per applicant by YEIDA. At the same time, 34,180 people have spent Rs 14,89,50,00,000 as registration fee. Different registration fees were kept by YEIDA for different plots while the rate of plots has been kept at Rs 25,900 per square meter. YEIDA has kept the last date for registration as 30 November.
