Lucknow: In a concerted effort to tackle traffic congestion, the traffic police in Lucknow have been diligently following the directives of DCP Traffic Prabal Pratap. The traffic inspectors, led by Zamanat Abbas, have been actively working to ease traffic jams in the city.
In the Chowk area, traffic personnel have been using loudspeakers to request four-wheeler, two-wheeler, and battery-rickshaw drivers not to park their vehicles unnecessarily on roadsides. These efforts aim to ensure smoother traffic flow and prevent unnecessary obstruction.
Traffic officials have also been strictly issuing fines for vehicles parked in “No Parking” zones, urging motorists to comply with traffic regulations. The initiative has brought significant relief to commuters in the Chowk region.
Citizens traveling through the area have expressed their gratitude for the improved traffic conditions and thanked the traffic police for their continued efforts to reduce congestion.
