Lucknow: Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh held a meeting with all the Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates and senior police officers through video conferencing.
In his address, the Chief Secretary said that IGRS is being continuously monitored from the state level. According to the IGRS portal, the satisfaction level is increasing, which has been around 65 percent in the first week of September.

Complaints should be specially monitored. The responsibility of the nodal officer and level-1 officers should be determined.
