Dehradun: Seeing the enthusiasm of pilgrims from all over the country and the world, this time the Char Dham Yatra is moving towards a new record. During the 12-day Yatra period, the number of devotees visiting the four Dhams has exceeded eight lakhs. So far, a total of 806281 devotees have visited the Char Dham. 357875 devotees reached Kedarnath Dham alone. So far, about 31 lakh devotees have registered for the Char Dham Yatra. In this too, the maximum number of pilgrims have registered for Kedarnath.
There is maximum enthusiasm among the devotees about the Kedarnath Yatra. This is the reason why the number of people coming to Baba’s door is the highest. The path of faith has drawn them to such an extent that problems like chaos and traffic have also proved to be dwarf in front of them. The enthusiasm of devotees coming from all over the country and the world will break all records in Char Dham this time. The enthusiasm of the devotees is so much that they have to stand in long queues to have darshan in the temples. They have to have darshan till late night.
More craze for Kedarnath Dham
If we talk about the pilgrimage to the four Dhams, till now 357875 devotees have visited Kedarnath Dham. Till now 290065 devotees have visited Badrinath Dham, 151827 devotees have visited Yamunotri Dham and 138238 devotees have visited Gangotri Dham. Last year 56 lakh devotees had visited the Char Dham. If we look at the registration, till now about 31 lakh devotees have registered for the Char Dham Yatra.
