Lucknow: The long-awaited Prabandh Nagar residential scheme of the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has moved closer to implementation after the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARR Authority) fixed a new compensation rate for land covered under the project.
