Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has expanded its battery-operated e-tricycle distribution scheme to make education and daily commuting easier for girls with disabilities across the state. Under the scheme for the financial year 2026-27, eligible female students with 40 per cent or more disability and aged 16 years or above will be provided battery-operated e-tricycles free of cost.
