Lucknow: The Lucknow CBSE Sahodaya Schools Complex organised a workshop on Monday at Hotel JBR Grand, Lucknow, focusing on the theme, “Reimagining the Blueprint for Future-Ready Schools: Infrastructure, Pedagogy and the Role of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Thinking.”
The programme began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by cultural performances by students. Students of Pioneer Montessori School presented a devotional dance, while students of Navayug Radiance SS School captivated the audience with a Sufi dance performance.
The event witnessed active participation from members of the Sahodaya Core Committee, including Dr Javed Alam Khan, President, Lucknow Sahodaya; B. Singh, Secretary; Dr Prerna Mitra; Hema Kalakoti; Dr Reena Pathak; Poonam Gautam; Sharmila Singh; Richa Khanna; Shifalika Mishra and Avani Kamal.
Shweta Khanna, renowned design-thinking trainer and founder of Snowy Owl Global, shared her expertise during the workshop. Drawing on her practical experience, she offered actionable ideas for bringing positive and effective changes to school education and infrastructure.
The session was sponsored by Snowy Owl Education Consultancy. Khanna’s guidance helped participants explore innovative approaches to developing schools equipped to meet the demands of the future.
More than 90 CBSE-affiliated schools participated in the workshop, with principals and teachers engaging in discussions on integrating technology, modern pedagogy and skill development into education.
The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving participants with practical insights and renewed perspectives on building innovative, inclusive and future-ready schools.
