Mumbai: Ai+ Smartphone has announced plans to expand its after-sales service network to more than 1,000 service centres across India, alongside the launch of its first exclusive Ai+ Service Centre in Delhi this Diwali.
The company currently has a network of more than 800 service centres and plans to add over 200 new locations as part of the expansion. The initiative will be complemented by the Ai+ Assistance App, a unified digital platform aimed at simplifying customer support, service bookings, ticket tracking and troubleshooting.

Madhav Sheth, CEO, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies (Ai+ Smartphone), said the company’s relationship with customers extends beyond the purchase of a device. He said the expanded service network, dedicated centre and digital assistance platform are intended to make support more accessible, transparent and dependable.
The upcoming Delhi facility will be Ai+ Smartphone’s first dedicated service centre in India. It will provide trained technical assistance, genuine spare parts, standardised repairs, software support, warranty services and device setup across the company’s smartphone portfolio.
For routine service requirements, Ai+ is targeting turnaround times ranging from same-day resolution to seven days, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.

The Ai+ Assistance App will allow customers to access device and warranty details, find nearby service centres, book service requests, generate and track tickets, and receive troubleshooting assistance.
According to the company, integrating digital support with its expanding physical network is aimed at providing customers with greater visibility throughout the service journey, from raising a request to tracking its resolution.
NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, founded by Madhav Sheth, describes itself as a deep-tech Indian company developing secure and sovereign digital platforms. Its portfolio includes NxtQuantum OS, which the company describes as India’s first sovereign operating system.
