Lucknow: State Bank of India always strives to support the Underprivileged Children of the society as a part of its commitment to social service. In this series, on 21.09.2026, SBI, Ladies Club, Lucknow Circle distributed School Bags, copies, pencils boxes and other educational material to the underprivileged children studying in Vivekanand Nishulk Shiksha Kendra, Ratan Khand, Lucknow and wished them a bright future.
Speaking on the occasion, Deepa Raj, President, SBI Ladies Club, Lucknow Circle, said that SBI Ladies Club has always been committed to providing essential educational materials to the underprivileged children from time to time with the aim of serving and empowering them. “Education is the most powerful weapon to eradicate poverty. Our aim is to ensure that no child is deprived of education due to lack of resources”.
On this occasion, SBI, Ladies Club, Secretary, Neetu Kumar, Joint Secretary, Sunita Mahe and other members of Ladies club alongwith C. B. Tiwari Social worker and founder of Vivekanand Nishulk Shiksha Kendra including teachers & students of Kendra were present.
