NTPC Vindhyachal organised Mentors’ Day 2026 with enthusiasm and dignity at the auditorium of its administrative building. The programme aimed to strengthen the culture of mentoring, promote knowledge and experience sharing, and encourage meaningful interaction between mentors and mentees.
Executive Director (Vindhyachal) Kishore Kumar Hota, along with senior general managers and employees, attended the event. The programme began with the welcome of seniors, mentors and mentees, followed by lamp lighting, the NTPC song and cake cutting. General Manager (HR) Ruma De Sharma delivered the welcome address, highlighting mentoring as an important tool for professional and personal development.
Fun games and a quiz added to the celebrations. Mentors and mentees from 2025 shared their experiences, learning and achievements. Hota encouraged participants to continue learning and contributing to organisational goals, while GM (O&M) Manikyan Suresh stressed knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Selected mentors, mentees and competition winners were felicitated.
