Lucknow: AI Day for Startups India 2026, organized by the IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) in collaboration with Google for Developers, brought together entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and technology leaders at the Utsav Auditorium of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow on June 12.
Serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and mentor Sudhanshu Rastogi participated as a panelist alongside Madhukar Varshney and Shishir Bagchi. Addressing aspiring entrepreneurs, the panel discussed key opportunities and challenges facing India’s startup ecosystem, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
The event, part of Google’s nationwide AI Day for Startups initiative, focused on helping early-stage startups move from experimentation to execution through the adoption of Agentic AI workflows, Multimodal AI capabilities, Sovereign AI solutions, and Physical AI powered by Edge Intelligence.
A key panel discussion titled “The Multi-Stack Advantage: Architecting Autonomy, Sovereignty, and Physical Intelligence in 2026” explored the future of AI-driven innovation and entrepreneurship in India.
