The honours celebrate emerging talent across new enterprise creation, family business management, digital innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
Gold Medal – Scholastic Performance in New Enterprise Creation
Saubhagyavardhan Shukla has been awarded the Gold Medal for his detailed project on ReWork, an innovative platform designed to foster intergenerational collaboration. The initiative enables retirees to engage in flexible job opportunities, project-based assignments, and mentorship roles, ensuring meaningful utilization of their experience while strengthening workforce inclusion.
Silver Medal – Scholastic Performance in New Enterprise Creation
Anshika Gupta received the Silver Medal for her project TANB Virtual Infra, a localized Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform. The model aims to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective digital infrastructure solutions tailored for Indian MSMEs and government enterprises, addressing critical gaps in digital accessibility and enterprise modernization.
Gold Medal – Scholastic Performance in Family Business Management
Darshan Sanghani was honoured for his five-year strategic growth plan for Chetsa Bathware Pvt. Ltd., Jamnagar, Gujarat. The company specializes in premium bath fittings, including faucets, showerheads, and bathroom accessories, with a focus on durability, functionality, and modern design aesthetics.
Silver Medal – Scholastic Performance in Family Business Management
Dhananjay Dangariya received recognition for his growth roadmap for DND Industries, Rajkot. The company manufactures submersible pump components, industrial fasteners, stainless steel pipes, and precision-engineered parts serving sectors such as construction, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, automotive, and food processing.

Chellappan Valliyappan was awarded for Onslr, an AI-driven analytics and software consulting platform focused on scalable digital transformation and data-centric business solutions.

Business Entrepreneur Award
Mr. Kaxeel Patel, Director of Rajesh Power Services Pvt. Ltd. and Intellisolar, was honoured for his significant contribution to the energy sector. A third-generation entrepreneur from Ahmedabad, he has led the company to sign MoUs worth ₹4,754 crore under the “Urja Aatma Nirbharta – Viksit Gujarat 2047” initiative. The company further strengthened its growth trajectory with a successful IPO of ₹160.47 crore, listed on the BSE SME platform in December 2024.
Social Entrepreneur Award
Ms. Sujata Goswami, Executive Director of Sarba Shanti Ayog (SSA), Kolkata, was recognized for her decades-long work in inclusive development, Fair Trade practices, and sustainable value chains. She has empowered marginalized communities, particularly women and rural producers, through over 70 Fair Trade collectives across India.

Mr. Suvendu Rout, Vice President at Access Development Services, was recognized for his leadership in promoting women-led social enterprises. He played a key role in establishing the Pink City Rickshaw Co. in Jaipur, a pioneering women-led e-rickshaw tourism model that has expanded to multiple cities and continues to scale nationally. His contributions have been widely acknowledged through several national and institutional awards.
