Lucknow: The FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter today organized an inspiring and transformative session titled “Secrets of Manifestation” at Hotel Centrum. During the event, renowned astrologer, motivational speaker, and lifestyle coach Dr. Jai Madaan shared her insights on the power of manifestation and the importance of positive thinking, stating that whatever a person focuses their attention on the most begins to emerge as reality in their life.
Dr. Jai Madaan, who is also a popular Vastu expert, explained that manifestation is not merely the process of voicing desires, but rather the art of channeling one’s thoughts, emotions, and energy in the right direction. She emphasized that positive thinking and clear goals attract success and favorable opportunities into an individual’s life.
She illustrated the fundamental principle of manifestation through a simple exercise. Dr. Jai Madaan explained that if a person is asked to find something blue in their immediate surroundings within five seconds, their entire attention becomes focused solely on that specific color. Subsequently, if they are asked about green objects, they may likely be unable to recall them, as their mind was entirely occupied with searching for blue items.
She noted that, in precisely the same manner, our brain operates in life by aligning itself with the direction in which we focus our thoughts and emotions. If an individual constantly dwells on negativity, fear, or failures, their mind begins to identify and perceive experiences of that very nature. Conversely, focusing on positive thoughts, self-confidence, and favorable outcomes initiates positive transformations in one’s life.
Dr. Jai Madaan stated that the brain works ceaselessly to validate our beliefs. Therefore, if an individual maintains the conviction that good things are happening—and will continue to happen—in their life, they begin to attract positive circumstances through their behavior and energy.

She advised the audience to focus clearly on their goals, cultivate a positive mindset, and distance themselves from negative beliefs. FLO Lucknow Chairperson Simran Sahni stated that over the past month, more than 100 new members have joined this chapter, reflecting the growing strength and influence of this community.
The program was anchored by Pallavi Gupta and presided over by Anisha Jain.
More than 250 FLO members attended the event, including former Chairpersons Anju Narain, Arushi Tandon,
Vandita Agarwal, and Nivedita Singh, as well as Mitali Oswal, Pragya Agarwal, Aditi Jaggi Rastogi, and Vasudha Jain.
