Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh): A CBSE teachers’ training workshop on the theme “Promoting Mental Health and Well-being among Students” was successfully conducted at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School Goel Campus, highlighting the growing importance of emotional well-being in education.
The session was led by distinguished resource persons Arpana Awasthi, PGT from Kanpur Public School Kannauj, and Shubhangi Arya, PGT from Kunskapsskolan Lucknow. Both experts brought valuable insights and practical experience to the workshop.
The programme began with a warm welcome, followed by an engaging introduction emphasizing the increasing relevance of mental health awareness in today’s academic environment. The resource persons elaborated on common emotional and psychological challenges faced by students and shared effective strategies for teachers to support their well-being.
