Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow successfully organized E-Summit 2026 and TEDxLucknow, two flagship events that brought together eminent leaders from industry, governance, arts and entrepreneurship at the campus Auditorium. The events witnessed enthusiastic participation and served as a platform for insightful discussions, knowledge exchange and inspiration for future leaders.
E-Summit 2026: Industry Insights & Entrepreneurial Mindset
The summit featured a keynote address by Sarvesh Goel, Chairman, Mansingh Goel Group, a seasoned industrialist known for his leadership in diversified business ventures.

• Vidushi Vijayvergiya, Chief Executive Officer, ISAK Fragrances (also participated in Shark Tank India), who spoke about building a niche luxury fragrance brand rooted in Indian identity.
• Khushal Bhargava, Business Head, ARK Pharma & Co-Founder, ARK Visions, (Jaipuria Institute of Management
Alumnus batch 2005) shared insights on strategic marketing, entrepreneurship and building impactful ventures, drawing from over two decades of experience across global organizations and his contributions to both business and social initiatives.
The discussion focused on entrepreneurship, brand differentiation, evolving consumer behavior and the importance of innovation-led growth.

The TEDxLucknow event featured an inspiring lineup of speakers from governance, arts, cinema, social impact and fashion:
• Alok Ranjan, Former Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a distinguished IAS officer known for his leadership in policy-making and infrastructure development.

• Madhvi Kukreja, Founder, Sanatkada & Social Entrepreneur, recognized for her work in promoting Lucknow’s heritage and empowering artisans.
• Sanjay Nigam, Founder, Fashion Entrepreneur Fund & India Fashion Awards; Creator of “Pitch to Get Rich” on JioHotstar, who spoke about nurturing entrepreneurship in the fashion ecosystem.
