Lucknow: The Lucknow Management Association (LMA), in collaboration with UPNEDA, organised a prestigious panel discussion and awards ceremony on the theme “Transforming for Tomorrow: Growth with Resilience” at Hotel Grand JBR, Gomti Nagar.
Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, the chief guest, lauded LMA’s efforts, stating that such platforms not only recognise excellence but also inspire youth to achieve greater heights. He emphasised that LMA is playing a vital role in nurturing emerging talent.
The panel discussion brought together experts from government, industry, and academia, including Inderjit Singh, Sabyasachi Sinha of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Neha Singh, and Shakti Singh of Ashok Leyland. The session was moderated by Anup Chandra Pandey.
Key discussions revolved around digital transformation, green energy, industrial innovation, skill development, startup ecosystems, and policy reforms. Panelists highlighted the importance of technological adaptation, sustainability, and resilience for future economic growth, while stressing stronger collaboration between government, industry, and academia.
The event was also graced by Narendra Bhooshan, along with several distinguished guests including Pravin Kumar Dwivedi, Rahul Dutt, and Rajeev Pradhan. The programme was anchored by Renu Chaudhary.

During the event, LMA honoured individuals and organisations for outstanding contributions across sectors. Deepanshu Singh received the Digital Transformation Award for his work in digital education and social welfare, while Anita Singh of Maa Bhagwati Seva Sansthan was recognised for rural women entrepreneurship. Meena Mishra of SSPL, DRDO was awarded for innovation in indigenous semiconductor technology.
Other awardees included Aayush Awasthi (Young Achievers), You and Me Deaf Community Trust (Best Non-Profit), Shakti Farmer Producer Company Limited and Kaurihar Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited (Best FPO), Greenwear Fashion Pvt Ltd (Best Startup), and Microlit for sustainability initiatives.
A Lifetime Achievement Award was conferred posthumously on A.K. Mathur for his decades-long contribution to the energy sector and his dedicated service to LMA.
The event celebrated excellence, innovation, and leadership, reaffirming LMA’s commitment to recognising talent and fostering a culture of growth and resilience.
