Flower Holi Marks Gahoi Vaishya Samaj’s Holi Milan in Lucknow

Lucknow: Members of the Gahoi Vaishya Seva Samiti celebrated their annual general meeting and Holi Milan Samaroh with great enthusiasm, exchanging greetings and playing a unique “Phoolon Ki Holi” (Holi with flowers), spreading a message of harmony and brotherhood.

The event was held on Sunday at the Nigotiya Bhavan, where members of the Gahoi Vaishya community gathered to celebrate the spirit of Holi and discuss various social initiatives of the community.

During the meeting, participants held detailed discussions on the activities undertaken by the community and explored ways to further strengthen social and cultural programmes in the coming years.

Samiti President Vinod Kumar Gupta Bhavuk extended Holi greetings to all members and described the event as a symbol of social unity and familial warmth within the community. General Secretary Gyanendra Kathil also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of strengthening unity and mutual cooperation among members. He expressed gratitude to Sanjeev Nigotiya for hosting the event.

Women members of the community participated enthusiastically in the celebration and added vibrancy to the programme through cultural performances coordinated by Archana Gupta.

Several prominent members of the community were present at the gathering, including Sanjay Tapa, Shashi Rawat, Alok Seth, Anil Kumar Nikhra, Sushma Pahariya, Rashmi Hunka, Ankit Sohane, Rajeev Kumar Vishwari and Archana Sanwala. The event was also attended by the committee’s patrons Ramesh Malaiya, G. S. Gupta and Pramod Kumar Gupta along with several other distinguished members of the community.

The celebration concluded on a festive note with members sharing flowers, greetings and reaffirming their commitment to strengthening social bonds within the community.
