LDA Seals Illegal Kalka Dhaba in Arjunganj, Demolishes 13 Illegal Plottings in Dubagga and Mohanlalganj

Lucknow | The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA)  intensified its enforcement drive against unauthorized constructions and illegal land development, sealing an illegally operated Kalka Dhaba in Arjunganj and demolishing 13 illegal plottings spread across Dubagga and Mohanlalganj.

According to LDA officials, the action in Arjunganj was carried out under Enforcement Zone-1. Zonal Officer Sangeeta Raghav stated that Kalka Dhaba was being operated illegally on a plot measuring approximately 200 square meters in the Sushant Golf City police station area. The structure was constructed without obtaining the mandatory building plan approval from the LDA. With the assistance of police personnel, the unauthorized construction was sealed.

Meanwhile, large-scale action was taken against illegal plotting activities in Mohanlalganj and Dubagga. Enforcement Zone-2 Zonal Officer Virag Karvariya informed that a demolition drive was conducted in village Devha, Mohanlalganj, where seven illegal plottings being developed over nearly 30 bighas were demolished. The illegal developments were allegedly being carried out by R.N. Sharma, Dilip Singh, Raju, Anil Yadav, Arvind Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Adil Mohammad, and others.

In a separate action under Enforcement Zone-7, Zonal Officer Madhavesh Kumar said that demolition was carried out in Sarai Premraj and Sheikhpurwa areas of Dubagga. During the operation, six illegal plottings spread over approximately 100 bighas were razed. These unauthorized developments were reportedly undertaken by Arif, Rishi Saini, Mohammad Mansoor Raza, Mohammad Abbas, Harool, Mohammad Arshad Ali, and others.

LDA officials reiterated that strict action will continue against unauthorized constructions and illegal plotting to ensure planned development in the city.
