Rashtriya Lok Dal Holds Organisational Meeting of Awadh Region at State Headquarters

Lucknow: A key organisational meeting of the Awadh region of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) was held at the party’s state headquarters in Lucknow. The meeting was chaired by Awadh Region President Chaudhary Ram Singh Patel.

The meeting was attended by RLD National General Secretary (Organisation) Mr. Trilok Tyagi as the chief guest, while State President Dr. Ramashish Rai was present as the special guest. Several senior leaders, including National Secretaries Anupam Mishra and Vijay Shrivastava, National Executive Member Dr. Suresh Yadav, along with all district presidents, metropolitan presidents, regional office-bearers and Awadh region state office-bearers participated in the meeting.

Addressing the gathering, National General Secretary (Organisation) Trilok Tyagi emphasised the need to strengthen the party organisation from villages to blocks and across every ward in urban areas. He said that the ideology and policies of farmer leader Chaudhary Charan Singh must be effectively taken to the grassroots. He informed that district-level committees would be formed and workers’ conferences would be organised in every district to infuse fresh energy into the organisation.

In his address, State President Dr. Ramashish Rai said that every RLD worker is deeply connected with the masses. He stressed that the party is expanding its organisational base from rural areas to cities, and it is the collective responsibility of all office-bearers and workers to strengthen the organisation in their respective districts through coordinated efforts with district and metropolitan presidents.

He further stated that district and regional-level state office-bearers must discharge their responsibilities with complete dedication. He added that organisational committees would be reviewed and restructured, if required, based on their performance and strength.

During the meeting, all office-bearers were directed to prepare a detailed roadmap for organisational expansion in their respective districts within one month and submit it to the state leadership. Detailed discussions were also held on organisational strengthening and upcoming party programmes.

State Media In-Charge Mayank Trivedi informed that several senior leaders and office-bearers were present at the meeting, including State Vice Presidents Wasim Haider, Aditya Vikram Singh and Rajnikant Mishra; State General Secretaries Jitendra Singh, Manoj Singh Chauhan, Ramvati Tiwari, Preeti Shrivastava, Raghavendra Pratap Singh, M.A. Arif; State President of the Professional Forum Ambuj Patel; State President of the Women’s Wing Parinita Singh; State President of the Labour Wing Maheshpal Dhangar; State President of the Students’ Wing Aman Pandey; State Secretaries Pramod Shukla, Afsar Ali, Samrat Chauhan and Ashok Tiwari; District Presidents Satyaprakash Tiwari and Sartaj Malik; Youth Lok Dal State General Secretary Vipin Dwivedi; and leaders Belal Ahmad, Samarjeet Singh, Sajjan Pathak, Subhash Yadav, Vimlesh Mishra, Balram Yadav, Rakesh Singh, Brajesh Soni, among many other party workers.
