La Martiniere Alumni Reunite in Elegance, Celebrate Legacy and Lifelong Bonds

Lucknow – The La Martiniere Girls’ Alumni Association (LMGAA) and La Martiniere Alumni Association (LMA) hosted their much-anticipated Annual Reunion Dinner on Saturday evening at Novotel, Gomtinagar, bringing together distinguished alumni from across generations in a night steeped in warmth, nostalgia, and celebration.

The elegant gathering resonated with laughter, memories, and heartfelt conversations as former students reconnected and shared cherished experiences from their school days. The evening stood as a testament to the enduring legacy of La Martiniere and the remarkable journeys of its alumni, who continue to embody the institution’s values of excellence, leadership, and service.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Distinguished Alumni Award, conferred upon Sqn. Ldr. Kriti Rawat (Retd.) and Mr. Rajiv Tuli, Director of the Modern Group of Institutions. The awards were presented by Mrs. Aashrita Dass, President of LMGAA and Lady Principal of La Martiniere Girls’ College, along with Mr. Mohit Bhargava, President of LMA.

Sqn. Ldr. Rawat has served with distinction in the Indian Air Force, overseeing the combat readiness of Pechora and Akash missile systems, leading critical testing and logistics, and demonstrating exemplary leadership during COVID deployments. She was also awarded a Letter of Appreciation by the Indian Army for her courageous response during a fatal road accident, exemplifying service, discipline, and commitment.

Rajiv Tuli, a renowned educationist, has established and expanded multiple CISCE-affiliated schools and colleges, educating over 10,000 students. An honorary PhD awardee, he has guided thousands into IITs, NITs, medical colleges, and premier business schools, while spearheading impactful social initiatives such as ‘Prayas’, further highlighting his commitment to education and community service.

The occasion was further graced by Gary Dominic Everett, Principal of La Martiniere College and Patron of the Alumni Association, who lauded the achievements of the awardees and emphasized the importance of lifelong connections fostered at the institution.

Adding to the evening’s charm, old English classical music provided a nostalgic backdrop, enhancing the ambience as alumni reminisced, shared stories, and celebrated enduring friendships. The reunion dinner emerged as a graceful blend of celebration, reflection, and camaraderie, reaffirming the strong bonds that unite the La Martiniere fraternity and reinforcing the institution’s proud tradition of excellence.

As alumni departed with fond memories and renewed connections, the evening underscored that while years may pass, the spirit of La Martiniere continues to shine brightly in the lives of its students and graduates.
