Jackky Bhagnani Talks About the Commonality Between Filmmaking & Real Estate

Jackky Bhagnani on the “Same Philosophy” in Filmmaking and Real Estate: People are ready to pay the price for the experience

Mumbai: Convention has never been a path for Jackky Bhagnani as a filmmaker or as a real-estate personality. Recently, the producer highlighted the commonalities between filmmaking and real estate, sharing that he often tries to apply his learnings of filmmaking in real estate, delivering the best experience to his audience.

“The philosophy is the same in both sectors to a certain extent because when you make a film, you have to think about what new can be done and what different can be done. We have a good influx of content on OTT and micro dramas – how can my film, music video, or actors can look different – so we try to apply the same principle in real estate,” he shares.

“And people are ready to pay the price for the experience. And today, post-pandemic, I feel that people want to live rich rather than marry rich. I have seen this big change. I have seen that many speak about how our forefathers have always pushed everyone to save (financially), but the younger generation feels that if we get the worth of the price, then we have to spend and enjoy the experience. So whatever I have learnt from cinema, I try my best to apply it in real estate,” he adds.

Overall, Jackky Bhagnani highlights how filmmaking and real estate two different worlds share a foundation built on vision, passion and the drive to reinvent to offer rich experiences.
