Lucknow: The auditions for Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2025 were held at Babu Banarasi Das (BBD) University, marking a significant milestone for the state as the prestigious beauty pageant’s state-level auditions were organised in Uttar Pradesh for the first time.
The auditions received an overwhelming response, with over 300 registrations recorded ahead of the event. Organised by Catwalk Academy, the auditions saw participation from around 150 young women representing various cities across Uttar Pradesh.
Eligible participants between the ages of 18 and 25 years, with a minimum height requirement of 5 feet 3 inches, were given an opportunity to showcase their talent and confidence. The auditions commenced at 10 am, with contestants being evaluated on key parameters including personality, confidence, communication skills and stage presence.
The event highlighted the growing aspirations and self-belief of young women from the state, providing them with a platform to step onto the national fashion and beauty stage through Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2025.
Speaking on the occasion, Amit Samson Nanu, Head of Catwalk Academy, said, “Hosting the Femina Miss India auditions in Uttar Pradesh for the first time is a historic moment for the state. The kind of response we have received is truly encouraging. I sincerely thank BBD University for their invaluable support and world-class facilities that made this grand event possible.”
The auditions were supported by several esteemed partners, including BBD University as the Venue Partner, Geetanjali Salon as the Makeup Partner, Radio City as the Awareness Partner, and JD Institute of Fashion Technology as the Fashion Education Partner.
The Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2025 auditions are being seen as a landmark step towards recognising and nurturing talent from the state and providing aspiring young women a gateway to represent Uttar Pradesh on a national platform.
