CMS Student Emerges Champion

Lucknow : Arnav Pandey, a talented Class 8 student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, has brought laurels to the school by winning the champion’s title in the Regional Abacus Competition. This competition was held under the aegis of the educational organisation Brainobrain as part of the ‘Brainobrain Fest-2025’. This information was given by Rishi Khanna, Head, Communications, CMS.

Khanna informed that students from several prestigious schools participated in the competition and showcased their mathematical skills. Amidst tough contest, the meritorious CMS student used various abacus-based techniques to solve mathematical problems and demonstrated his multifaceted talent, ultimately winning the championship. The organisers praised Arnav’s abilities and honoured him with a trophy and a certificate of appreciation. CMS Founder-Director Dr Bharti Gandhi extended her best wishes for Arnav’s bright future and expressed gratitude to the school’s teachers.

Khanna added that CMS students are bringing recognition to the school not only in the academic field but also in various other social spheres at national and international platforms. This is because CMS, along with nurturing the intellectual development of its students, also specially encourages them to engage in social activities and creative pursuits. As a result, CMS students consistently leave their mark in a wide range of creative and innovative competitions, enhancing the school’s prestige.
