Millennium Cup Race 2025 Concludes with Vibrant Contests and Elegant Showcases

Lucknow: The Millennium Cup Race 2025, held amid much enthusiasm and spirited participation, concluded on Sunday with an impressive line-up of equestrian contests and lifestyle-oriented category awards. Hosted under the aegis of the Lucknow Race Course / Lucknow Turf Club, the event brought together riders, families, sports enthusiasts and dignitaries for an engaging day of competitive racing and celebratory recognitions.

Indianbred Horse Race Results Announced

The highlight of the day, the 1st Race – Indianbred Horse Race, drew keen attention as seasoned owners and skilled jockeys vied for top honours. Cash prizes and cups were sponsored by Brig S. S. Pundir and Dr. Manjula Goswami.

Thoroughbred Race Declared ‘False Start’

In an unexpected development, the Thoroughbred Horse Race—scheduled as part of the racing roster—was officially declared a “FALSE START” by the Judges Committee. As per race protocol, no results were recorded for the category, and the event stood null for the day.

In addition to the racing segment, the Millennium Cup Race 2025 also honoured participants across a broad spectrum of lifestyle categories. Awards were presented by Maj Gen Maneesh Kukrety, SM, GOC MUPSA & President LR&TC;  Sangeeta Kukrety, Chairperson AWWA MUPSA; and  Dr. Manjula Goswami, Principal, Millennium School.
