Lucknow: FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter organized an insightful and inspiring session with Megha Asher, Co-Founder and COO of Juicy Chemistry, India’s first COSMOS/ECOCERT-certified organic skincare brand, at Hotel Clarks Avadh.
During the session, Megha Asher highlighted the importance of mindful choices in beauty products, cautioning against preservatives and synthetic chemicals. She advised opting for natural, preservative-free products with a shelf life of no more than one year and recommended minimizing dairy intake for better health and wellness outcomes.
Sharing her entrepreneurial journey, Megha spoke about her early career in media and fashion and the founding of Juicy Chemistry—a brand that has set benchmarks in organic and sustainable skincare. Under her leadership, Juicy Chemistry has earned several accolades, including Best D2C Brand of the Year and the Superstar Startup Award. Her story emphasized resilience, clarity of vision, and a steadfast commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and ethical business practices, inspiring the audience with the impact one can create on a global scale.
Vandita Agarwal, Chairperson of FICCI FLO Lucknow Chapter, said the event aimed to provide perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable practices, encouraging FLO members to pursue their dreams with determination. The session was moderated by Jyoti Dewan with conversation oversight by Dr. Priyanka Tandon.
