Seth M.R. Jaipuria, Goel Campus Celebrates the Festival of Bonds – Raksha Bandhan

Lucknow: Seth M.R. Jaipuria, Goel Campus, came alive with joy and togetherness as students celebrated Raksha Bandhan ,a festival that strengthens the ties that bind. The celebrations began with a unique gesture: students tied rakhis to Vriksha (trees), symbolizing a deep-rooted bond between nature and humanity. Creativity bloomed in the Rakhi-making competition, while the colours of imagination shone through an art competition where students depicted themes of love, unity, and nature. Kindness also took centre stage as students tied rakhis to helpers, acknowledging their silent yet invaluable contributions.

The senior wing took the spirit of giving a step further by launching a Rakhi Charity Drive. With open hearts, they collected and gifted items to underprivileged children, weaving a connection that money can’t buy. This initiative truly proved that a small act of kindness goes a long way.

On this occasion, Chairman Mr. Mahesh Agarwal extended warm wishes, emphasizing that Raksha Bandhan not only strengthens the bond between brothers and sisters but also nurtures relationships within families.

Principal Dr. Rina Pathak conveyed heartfelt greetings to students and their families, saying, “May this festival inspire us all to cherish the threads of love that connect us, not only within our homes but also with the larger world. Let’s nurture empathy, kindness, and unity as our shared family values.”

The day ended on a high note, leaving behind memories to cherish and a message loud and clear , true bonds are not tied by thread alone, but by love, respect, and care.
