LUCKNOW – The Lucknow Crime Branch, under the leadership of In-charge Shivanand Mishra, has arrested a third individual suspected of being part of a gang that targeted and robbed locked houses in the Madiaon area. This arrest comes just one day after two other members of the same gang were apprehended.
The latest suspect was arrested by a special team, which included SI Asutosh Pandey, Manoj Shukla, IP Singh, Jeet Singh, and Nahar Singh, with assistance from the local police. The operation was part of a broader crackdown on a theft ring that has been active in the region.
The police have recovered a significant amount of stolen jewelry and a motorcycle from the arrested individual. According to In-charge Mishra, the success of the operation is due to a strong intelligence network. The recent arrests have led to the dismantling of the entire gang, and the police believe they have brought an end to a series of thefts that had been plaguing the community.
