Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi Reaches Lucknow Court
Lucknow: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi arrived in Lucknow on Monday and headed straight from the airport to the MP/MLA Court in Qaiserbagh, where he appeared in connection with a legal case.
Gandhi was accompanied by several senior leaders of the Indian National Congress, reflecting the party’s united front and support for its leader. Among those present were Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai, Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Pramod Tiwari, All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Avinash Pande, AICC Secretary Dheeraj Gurjar, and Leader of Opposition in UP Assembly Aradhana Mishra ‘Mona’.
Also accompanying Rahul Gandhi were MP Kishori Lal Sharma, Tanuj Punia, MP Rakesh Rathore, UP Congress General Secretary Mukesh Chauhan, and Party Spokesperson Anshu Awasthi, along with numerous other party leaders and workers.
The courtroom appearance of the Congress leader drew significant public and media attention, as the party cadre assembled in large numbers to express solidarity.
