Naka Police Arrests Six Notorious Criminals

Lucknow: In a major breakthrough, the Naka Police have successfully apprehended six notorious criminals who were reportedly planning to commit a crime within the police station’s jurisdiction. During routine checks of suspicious individuals in the area, the police identified and detained the following suspects:

Arrested Criminals:

  1. Nandan Jaiswal, son of the late Ram, aged 32, resident of 279/25 Pandarian Chowraha, Naka Hindola, Lucknow.
  2. Ishtiyaq Chaudhary (Sonu), son of Shri Gayazad Kashyap (Gudu), aged 20, resident of 279/06, near Tulsi Hotel, Pandarian Chowraha, Naka Hindola, Lucknow.
  3. Arbaz Khan, son of Akbar Khan, aged 18, resident of 279/14 Ke Chaprasi Wali Gali, Pandarian Chowraha, Naka Hindola, Lucknow.
  4. Mohit Singh, son of Hanuman Singh, aged 23, resident of Ambar Ka Birai Thok Makan M-40-62, Pandarian Chowraha, Naka Hindola, Lucknow.
  5. Raunak, son of the late Rajendra Singh, aged 18, resident of Cant School Ke Sata Makaan, Meweshi Khana Awasiy, Lucknow.
  6. Krishan Kumar, son of Ramesh Chandra, aged 18, resident of 279/08 Pandarian Chowraha, Naka Hindola, Lucknow.

Seizure of Illegal Items:

Upon conducting thorough searches, the police recovered an illegal desi pistol along with various tools intended for criminal activities. These tools and the firearm were seized from the suspects during the operation.

Legal Action:

The police have registered two separate cases based on the apprehensions:

  1. Case No. 15/2025 under Section 313 of the U.P. Police Act (B.P. Act) at Naka Hindola Police Station.
  2. Case No. 16/2025 under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act at Naka Hindola Police Station.

The arrested individuals have been taken into custody, and further legal proceedings are being carried out in accordance with the law. The swift and effective operation is a testament to the Naka Police’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the local community.
