Panchkula: Young writer and storyteller Vikas Bishnoi was honored with “Smt. Geena Devi Children’s Literature Award 2024” in a two-day international seminar organized by the Hindi Department, University of Kashmir, Kashmir and Geena Devi Shodh Sansthan at the Language Department, Patiala (Punjab) on 28-29 April for his remarkable and commendable contribution to literature.
