Lucknow— In a significant move to combat plastic pollution, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched an ambitious campaign ahead of World Environment Day on June 5, under the theme ‘Ending Plastic Globally’. Responding to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s call for environmental protection, school children across the state will lead the charge by participating in a range of awareness activities and competitions designed to highlight the dangers of plastic and promote sustainable practices.
