Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has received a second promise of US $1 billion in military aid from Belgium during his visit to three EU countries. Belgium has also increased the amount with a commitment to give 30 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine over the next four years.
