Lucknow: On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, noted author Prem Mehrotra’s latest book ‘Ram Kathasaar’ was officially launched at a special ceremony held at Hotel Babian Inn, Lucknow. The launch was graced by Dr. Amita Dubey, Chief Editor of Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan, and Kamal Kant Mehrotra, Chairman of Babian Inn.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Amita Dubey praised the work, stating, “With the blessings of Lord Ram and Maa Sita, Prem Mehrotra has beautifully crafted this book. To truly understand Indian culture, one must reflect deeply upon the life and ideals of Ram.”
Former KGMU department head Dr. Girish, while referencing the Lanka Dahan episode, remarked, “When entrusted with a responsibility, one must not shy away. Like Ram, who placed his parents’ wishes above all, such actions always have divine backing.”
Presiding over the event, Dayanand Lalji emphasized that Lord Ram’s life embodies values and ideals that offer fresh perspectives for personal development and character building.
The event also saw a soulful rendition of Ram bhajans by Shashank Sagar, adding a devotional touch to the evening. The launch concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the author Prem Mehrotra.
‘Ram Kathasaar’ is poised to be a meaningful contribution to contemporary spiritual literature, offering readers a deeper insight into the life and values of Lord Ram.
