NTPC Rihand organised a two-day communication workshop in Bandhavgarh. The programme was inaugurated traditionally by Project Head (Rihand) Pankaj Mediratta. At the beginning of the programme, Mediratta said that in the changing scenario, digital and social media should be used for communication. This is the need of the hour. Use social media carefully for communication in your daily work.
During the programme, Ashok Kumar Tiwari, former Additional General Manager (NTPC Limited) was present as the speaker. He took the communication workshop forward with various techniques like group discussion, speech, various types of games etc. The participants participated enthusiastically in this workshop and showed their enthusiasm and joy towards this programme.
Mainly Chief General Managers, Additional General Managers and other senior employees were present in the programme. The programme was conducted by Senior Manager (Human Resources) Neeraj Kumar.
