Lucknow: On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority’s Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, officers and employees of all sections gathered in Parijat Auditorium. With the presence of officers of all sections on a single table, files were disposed of instantly.
On the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority’s Vice President Prathamesh Kumar, ‘Single Table Clearance Day’ was organized in the Authority. Under this, officers and employees of all sections appeared in the meeting hall with files. During the proceedings, a total of 103 files related to various cases were disposed of.
Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma said that as per the instructions of Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, Single Table Clearance Day was organized for the disposal of pending files in the Authority. Under this, all Special Executive Officers, Assistant Accounts Officers, Section Officers and Senior Class Assistants appeared in the meeting hall with the pending files of their section.
During this, the Vice Chairman himself reviewed the pending cases and took immediate decisions on the files and got the action executed. In this sequence, due to various obstacles, the cases related to the transfer of Cinder Dump Scheme shop pending for 370 days, Kanpur Road Scheme commercial property pending for 580 days and Amrit Bazar Scheme shop pending for 342 days were resolved by taking a decision.
Similarly, the case was resolved by getting immediate calculation done on the application made by Dhirendra Kumar Gupta regarding free-hold of the shop in Gomti Nagar Scheme.

A total of 103 files were resolved by taking 100% action on all the pending files presented on Single Table Clearance Day. Under this, 07 refund, 24 registry, 12 free-hold and 60 transfer files were disposed of.
