As per the orders of the Municipal Commissioner, under the leadership of Municipal Health Officer Dr. PK Srivastava and in the presence of Councilors, intensive campaigns and awareness programs are being implemented continuously for the purpose of prevention and comprehensive prevention of communicable diseases like dengue and malaria etc. within the city.
For which all the officers and employees of the Municipal Corporation are working regularly and in a planned manner every day. The Municipal Commissioner along with all the officers and councilors inspected the four major wards of the city, Geeta Palli, Babu Kunj Bihari and Om Nagar Ward and Guru Nanak Nagar Ward and ensured intensive activities by running a massive campaign.
In continuation of the above, a campaign was conducted in all by forming teams for the prevention of communicable diseases, anti-larvae was sprayed and fogging was done in all the big and small drains and drains present in the area, in the houses present here. Apart from this, cleaning of big drains was also done on a large scale. Also, the Municipal Commissioner directed all the employees to form teams and do cleaning etc. regularly every day.
Apart from the above, local people were also made aware about the methods of prevention from deadly communicable diseases like dengue and malaria. Detailed information was provided to the people about what to do and what not to do. So that every citizen can make an important contribution in the prevention of these deadly diseases and protect himself and provide safety to his family and the people around him and make the campaigns run by the Municipal Corporation successful.
Councilor Adarsh Mishra Geeta Palli Ward participated in the said campaign. Councilor Bablu Mishra, Babu Kunj Bihari, Councilor Piyush Diwan Nand Kishore, Rajesh Kumar along with other officers and employees were present.
