Lucknow: As the summer gets intense, schools start closing and many people go out of the city for a change, but for those who do not go anywhere, summer workshops are the only way to give a new direction to their hobbies. It is also a challenge for the trainers to live up to the wishes of the children in a short time.

Father Marinus Horo, the principal of Fatima School Mankapur Gonda, did something similar and organised a workshop to teach Kathak and English in the school with the help of Reji Ras to realize the idea of ​​teaching something new to the children.

To give training in Kathak dance, national level Kathak noted danseuse Meesha Ratan and Jyoti Kiran Ratan came from Lucknow and provided Kathak training to five hundred children, in which one hundred and fifty children gave a wonderful performance in the closing ceremony.

In the English workshop, Arun Kumar David, who came from West Champaran Bettiah, strengthened the youngsters grip on the English language by correcting the errors of the English language of more than two hundred children including teachers, which the children presented wholeheartedly on the closing ceremony.

Scout Guide District Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar Gupta encouraged the children of Scout Guide from Gonda in the closing ceremony. In the regular workshop, art craft, sports, sewing-embroidery, latest models of science in which rain alarm, solar cooker, solar panel were made prominently.

Understanding the responsibility towards environmental protection, training was also given in the art of planting trees. Honoring all the trainers, Principal Father Marinus Horo said that we will keep organizing such various welfare workshops for the bright future of the children. For this, the cooperation of parents as well as children is very important.
