Training of Real Estate Agents on the cards

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has decided the training program for real estate agents in line with the MoU executed with ILB. The trainees participating in the training have also been determined according to the dates and batches of the training program.

Giving information in this regard, Chairman Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority Sanjay R. Bhusreddy said that under the MoU executed between UP RERA and ILB, arrangements have been made for the training program for real estate agents registered with UP RERA or those interested in getting registered as real estate agents with UP RERA.

Interested agents are also showing interest in this. He said that so far 86 agents have registered themselves for training on the RERA portal by paying the fee and their number is gradually increasing. Giving information about the four-day training program,  Bhoosreddy said that all the arrangements for the training program have been completed. Initially, arrangements for training of three batches have been ensured.

He informed that the first batch will be inaugurated on 09 December 2024 at 10.00 am. The training of the first batch will be conducted from 09 to 12 December 2024. A total of 35 trainees will participate in this batch. Similarly, the second batch will be conducted from 06 to 09 January 2025 in which 35 trainees and the third batch will be conducted from 20 to 23 January 2025, in which 35 trainees will participate.

Chairman RERA informed that the training programs will be non-residential. As per the provisions of the MoU, arrangements for lunch and tea etc. will have to be made in the training session in the morning and afternoon sessions. Along with this, there will be arrangements for photocopy of training material, printing of question paper, guest speaker transportation etc.

He told that for evaluation after training, arrangements will be made for examination through both online and offline methods. For the online part of the examination, arrangements have been made to conduct the online part examination of each batch in two parts based on the number of functional computers available in the ILB computer lab.

Chairman UP RERA Sanjay R Bhoosreddy has asked the real estate agents registered in UP or the businessmen interested in getting registered as real estate agents in UP RERA to register themselves on the RERA portal for training, so that their training can be determined.
