Chandigarh: A memorandum has been submitted to the Governor on behalf of the Congress Legislature Party demanding imposition of President’s rule in Haryana soon. Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislature Party Aftab Ahmed and Chief Whip Bharat Bhushan Batra held a press conference after submitting the memorandum to the Governor.
