Swati Maliwal alleges physical assault by Kejriwal’s PA

Delhi: Former chairperson of Delhi Women’s Commission and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has made a sensational allegation against Vibhav Kumar, Personal Assistant Secretary of CM House. Maliwal said that she was beaten up and the one who beat her up was none other than Vibhav Kumar.

Swati Maliwal called the police twice
A Delhi Police official said that two calls were received between 9.40 am and 10 am regarding the incident. No one disclosed his name in the first call. But in the second call, the caller told the police that her name was Swati Maliwal and that Delhi Chief Minister’s aide Vibhav Kumar was assaulting her. She said that she is being beaten on the instructions of CM Kejriwal.

Police engaged in investigation

At present the police is investigating the matter. According to protocol, police cannot go inside the CM house. However, when the police reached CM House, Swati Maliwal was not found there. After this, when the police called her, she said that she would complain later. What is the truth of this call? At present the police is still investigating the matter.

BJP’s reaction regarding Swati Maliwal

On Swati Maliwal’s allegations, BJP’s IT cell chief Amit Malviya said that Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP and former Delhi Women Commission chairperson Swati Maliwal has alleged that the Delhi Chief Minister’s PA assaulted her. This call was made from CM House in Delhi. Remember, Swati Maliwal had maintained silence on Kejriwal’s arrest. In fact, she was not even in India at that time and had not returned to India for a long time.
