Bareilly: Theatre Gurus displayed their skills in Umang program at SRMS Riddhima Bareilly. In SRMS Riddhima an evening was dedicated to the Gurus of Riddhima. Gurus of Kathak, Bharatnatyam, singing, musical instruments and theatre displayed their skills in the ‘Umang’ program and won the applause of the audience as well as the listeners.
The audience and listeners were amazed to see Kathak, Bharatnatyam, singing, playing and acting together. Musical Gurus Umesh Mishra (Sarangi), Kunwar Pal (Sitar), Suryakant Chaudhary (Violin), Ashish Singh (Keyboard), Himansh Chandra (Guitar), Sonu Pandey (Flute), Suman Vishwas (Mridangam), Amarnath (Tabla) started the program by presenting Raag Jog on their instruments. Bharatnatyam Guru Tanay worshipped Maa Saraswati on the prayer Jai Jai He, Jai Jag Janani.
Bharatnatyam Guru Robin A gave his performance on Govardhan Girdhari. Singing Guru Priyanka gave her voice to Baat Chalat Mori based on Raag Bhairavi. Singing Guru Sneh Ashish Dubey presented Surat Piya Ki Chhin Bisri in his voice.
Kathak Guru Debajyoti Naskar, Riyashri Chatterjee and Anshu Sharma presented the inner form of power. Theatre Guru Vinayak Srivastava presented the play Chhannu Nawab with acting students Manoj Sharma and Saumya Kashyap and received applause from the audience.
On this occasion, SRMS Trust Chairman Dev Murti, Aditya Murti, Richa Murti, Air Marshal (Retd.) Dr. MS Butola, Dr. Prabhakar Gupta, Dr. Anuj Kumar, Dr. Rita Sharma and other dignitaries of the city were present.
