Skill Development Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal inspected the Global Skill Park of Madhya Pradesh

The progress of the country is possible only by giving employment-oriented skills to the youth – Skill Development Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal

Lucknow/ Bhopal :  Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Kapil Dev Agarwal visited Bhopal with the aim of studying the skill development model of Madhya Pradesh and understanding its functioning. He inspected the Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skill Park developed under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) project and inquired about the ongoing schemes, innovations and technical courses there.

On this occasion, Madhya Pradesh Skill Development and Employment Minister Gautam Tetwal welcomed Minister Agarwal. During the inspection, Minister Agarwal praised the world-class facilities, state-of-the-art labs and technical training centers of the Skill Park.

Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal described the skill development strategies of Madhya Pradesh as exemplary and said that Uttar Pradesh will take inspiration from these and implement new schemes towards making its youth empowered and self-reliant. He also said that a country progresses only when its youth are successful and successful. Youth are the biggest capital and real asset of the country. Our aim is to provide employment-oriented skills to the youth and take them to new heights of success. The Uttar Pradesh government is committed to making the youth empowered, employable and self-reliant.

The Global Skill Park, developed with the assistance of ADB, provides training in modern technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, blockchain and cyber security. State-of-the-art labs and electronics training centers are preparing the youth to be globally competitive. The project aims to provide employment-oriented skills to the youth and prepare them in accordance with future industrial requirements.

On this occasion, Uttar Pradesh Principal Secretary Alok Kumar, Director Neha Prakash, Deputy Director Manpal Singh and Madhya Pradesh Secretary Raghuraj Rajendra, Director G.N. Aggarwal, Deputy Director R.K. Awasthi and other senior officials were present.
