Izzatnagar: A high level workshop on “Advanced Reproductive Ultrasonography Techniques in Diagnostic Accuracy of Reproductive Health and Disorders in Farm and Domestic Animals” sponsored by DST-SERB was successfully conducted at Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izzatnagar. In this workshop, 25 trainees holding Master or Doctorate degrees in Veterinary Gynecology and Obstetrics, Surgery and LPM from 09 states of the country participated in the high-end workshop.
Dr. Harendra Kumar, Chief Guest of the program addressed the attendees and highlighted the importance of advanced ultrasonography techniques in the present era for early pregnancy diagnosis, infertility screening and basic research in the field of reproduction. He urged all the participants to utilize regular clinical knowledge and skills and develop aptitude to become a successful physician.
Dr. Mukesh Singh, In-charge of Livestock Production and Management Section highlighted the activities of LPM Section, recent research achievements and breed registration in LPM Section. He urged all the participants to replicate the techniques and knowledge learned during this workshop.
