Lucknow: Under the direction of Justice Arun Bhansali, Chief Justice, Allahabad High Court/Chief Patron, Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority and under the able guidance of Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta, Senior Justice, Allahabad High Court/Executive Chairman, Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority. The second phase training program of One Day Sensitization Program for Counselors of Family Courts of Uttar Pradesh was organized by Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority at Judicial Training and Research Institute, Gomtinagar, Lucknow on Sunday.
The program was inaugurated by Kushal Pal, Additional Director/Director-in-charge, Judicial Training and Research Institute and Master Trainers of the Honorable Supreme Court (MCPC).
Sanjay Singh-2 Deputy Secretary, Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority informed that a one-day training program was organized in 03 technical sessions, in which the Master Trainers of the Supreme Court (MCPC) imparted technical training to 85 counselors nominated by the Family Courts of various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Training was provided.
So that in the family disputes pending in the courts, a compromise can be reached between the parties with efficiency and maximum disposal of the cases pending in the family courts can be ensured.
The program was conducted by Nishant Dev, Officer on Special Duty, Judicial Training and Research Institute. In the end, Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority expressed its heartfelt gratitude to all the participants.
